TEKNOKIT becomes the specialist supplier of the SAMRO group for the ALUSAM range

 

• 2010 SAMRO experiences financial difficulties.

SAMRO is forced to separate from its subsidiaries including TEKNOKIT

 

• 11/2010 TEKNOKIT is taken over by HALIOS,

and it finds the path of growth by winning back its historical customers

 

• 07/2022 the F3D parent company of IPM-MONDIA,

acquires TEKNOKIT in order to achieve external growth allowing synergies
